Terms & Conditions

Materials Included

Estimate includes all necessary building materials such as Schluter Systems products, thin-set, backer board, sheetrock waterproofing, screws, and any materials outlined in the scope of work.

Materials Not Included

The homeowner is responsible for providing tile, grout, fixtures, faucets, stone, paint, profiles, toilet, vanity, and any other finishes specified in the scope of work. These items are not included in this estimate.

Incidental Damage

While we take every precaution, minor damage to walls, paint, backsplash, and wallpaper may occur during demolition and installation. This is a common occurrence in renovation work.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before the project begins. Payment methods accepted: Check, Cash, Zelle, or Card (a 4% transaction fee applies to card payments).

Final payment is due upon project completion as outlined in the scope of work.

Scheduling Fee

A 30% scheduling fee is required to secure a project date. This amount will be applied toward the deposit but becomes non-refundable if the project is canceled.

Additional Work & Costs

Any changes or additional work beyond the agreed scope must be approved in writing and will incur extra charges.

Project Duration & Progress Payments

For projects lasting two weeks or more, a progress payment will be due every Wednesday after the first 6-7 days of work. (Not applicable to shorter projects.)

Warranty

All materials and equipment are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Our workmanship is warranted for one (1) year per industry standards.

Schluter Systems offers warranties ranging from 10 years to lifetime, depending on the materials used.

Pricing Adjustments

The quoted price is based on the provided project details and may be subject to adjustments once work begins.

Photography & Media Release Consent

The Client grants Neres Tile permission to take and use photographs and/or videos of their property during and after the project. These images may be used for marketing, advertising, portfolio, social media, and other promotional purposes.

No personally identifiable information (e.g., names, addresses) will be shared without the Client’s explicit consent.

The Client will not receive compensation for the use of these images and waives any rights to review or approve them before publication.

Consent is voluntary and may be revoked in writing before media is published.
